What are information points?


Where you see the 'i' symbol, LRC staff will be able to assist you with a broad range of non academic topics including replacement ID cards and council tax exemption certificates.

What will be available at the information points?

  • First line information with referral to specialist support departments who can provide advice on a wide range of matters such as accommodation and finances.
  • The three most requested 'standard' student letters;
    1. Council Tax Exemption certificate
    2. Confirmation of Enrolment form
    3. A general reference letter for external use
  • Replacement ID cards will initially be available from Penrhyn Road LRC and the Nightingale Centre at Kingston Hill
